There are many benefits to IV therapy. Here are a few:
⬩ Boosts the immune system to prevent or treat illness
⬩ Increases energy
⬩ Slows the effects of aging
⬩ Nutrients are immediately available for cellular use
⬩ Bypasses the digestive tract so 100% of the infusion is absorbed
⬩ Safely delivers high doses of vitamins that would not be tolerated if taken orally
⬩ Most effective method for delivering vital nutrients to the body
Vitamins and nutrients taken orally are only partially absorbed. Getting vitamins via IV is a direct route to your bloodstream and your cells which means maximum absorption. We do recommend that you continue your daily vitamin regimen.
Side effects are very rare. If they do occur, they are usually minor and short lived. Bruising or bleeding at IV site, warming or cooling sensation in arm, chest or stomach, tasting the vitamins or having vitamin smell in your urine. Our highly skilled Registered Nurses are trained to manage all side effects that may occur.
Other more serious side effects would be due to an allergy to a component in the infusion. Please let our medical staff know if you have any known allergies.
There are a few medications that can interact with IV therapy. Our medical team will conduct a thorough client history to ensure the drip of your choice is not only safe for you but effective, and does not interact with your current medication regimen.
Most of our IV drips take anywhere between 30-60 minutes.
We charge a trip charge if travelling outside of the service area.
